The small print: your data, and how these pages are read

Your data, in short

These letters are published by DANIELA PINHEIRO PSICOLOGIA E PSICANALISE LTDA (CNPJ 56.078.289/0001-16), a practice in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, which answers for them under Brazil's Lei nº 13.709/2018, the general law on personal data.

Opening a page here leaves the ordinary trace on the host's server: your connection address, the time, the page, the kind of browser. The host keeps that log briefly, for its own security, and we do not read it. The typefaces come from Google's servers, so Google sees your connection address while it delivers them. Nothing else runs: no cookie, no counter, no form, no mailing list.

If you e-mail the practice, what you wrote stays in the practice's inbox only while the exchange is open, and is deleted after that. You may ask at any time what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, or object to its use; we answer within 15 business days (15 dias úteis). The authority that oversees us is the ANPD, Brazil's Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, at gov.br/anpd. The person in charge of data at the practice is its owner, reached at contato@dancraz.com. The practice's fuller policy, in English, is on its own page.

The conditions of reading

The letters are general observation, written for nobody in particular. Nothing in them is a diagnosis, a prescription or an opinion about you, and reading them does not make you a patient of the practice, which sees people only face to face, in Portuguese, at its rooms in Belo Horizonte.

No result is promised. Where a letter describes something people have tried, it describes it; it does not claim it will work for you. For anything that weighs on you, the right place is a qualified professional near where you live.

Nothing is for sale on these pages. Should a future page point to something sold elsewhere, that page will say so plainly at the top, and the practice's arrangement with the seller is explained on the page about who writes.

You may quote a passage with a link back. Please do not republish a whole letter. Links to other sites lead to places we do not control. The text here can change; the month below is the version. Brazilian law governs these pages.
